Mirwais Azizi:
Dr. Mirwais Azizi is a seasoned education and information technology executive with over 10 years of management and leadership experience in fields of education, distance learning, healthcare, communications and technology.
As President and CEO of Enatel Networks, he sets business strategies and
direction, in addition to managing the financial resources of the company since
2005. His knowledge of education and educational technology as well as his technical expertise and his ability to translate client needs into technology solutions have made him a known leader in the industry. Dr. Azizi has traveled around the world to research and assess various educational systems and technologies. He stands on the frontier of a new generation of leaders. He specializes in the areas of information technology, adult learning, distance education, curriculum development, VoIP, EMR, CRM, ERP, PeopleSoft, Unified Communications, Systems Design,
Advanced Wireless and Enterprise Business Solutions.
Dr. Azizi holds a BS and a MS degree in Healthcare Services Administration and a Doctorate in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University . He also has several premier IT certifications from Cisco and Microsoft.

Dr. Islam A. Azzam:
Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for external affairs. Dr. Azzam has over 10 years of experience in the field of Education and Business and serves as a key member of the executive team that sets the company’s strategic direction. He spearheads business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy. He is the driving force in the development of work ethic, culture and values of the sales and business development group.
Dr. Azzam holds an MBA and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. Serves as an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management in the School of Business Administration at Colorado Technical University where he teaches courses in Managerial Decision Making and International Management at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Dr. Azzam is also a Board of Directors for The Society of Educators and Scholars. He is a member of the International Academy of Business and Economics as well as The Organizational Development Network. He has presented several research projects at national and international conferences on topics ranging from Entrepreneurship and Business Management to Organizational Leadership.

Barry Mohandis:
MBA, MS Computer Science - Mr. Mohandis has over 15 years of executive experience in communications technology and engineering.
As the Vice President for Information Technology, he is responsible for
the technical direction for Enatel Networks and its clients nationally and
internationally, including Infrastructure, Design and Training. Barry comes from UCLA where he managed and guided the growth of several IT Depts.

Ray DaSilva:
MBA, MS Computer Science - Vice President, Professional Services and Marketing. Mr. Silva has over 10 years of experience in the communications industry. He has been a member of the Enatel Networks leadership team since 2006 driving Sales and Operations with a primary focus on client service excellence and operational performance. As Vice President of Professional Services and Marketing, Mr. Silva is chartered with ensuring that each of the respective regional teams delivers the same standard of excellence for our clients. He also has full Profit and Loss as well as functional responsibility for all facets of the business, including sales, service, engineering, human resources, finance, and marketing. Mr. Silva holds a BS in Computer Science/Mathematics, MS in Engineering Management and an MBA.
